We are looking for an excellent Matrix Wand Technician and Trainer to help our customers cultivate their skills and knowledge of the Matrix Wand 3D Measuring System. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others, increase collision repair efficiency, and deliver leading-edge solutions to the industry.
A Matrix Wand Technician and Trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.
The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of Matrix Wand customers.
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training programs.
Coordinate with clients on training requirements.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions per company requirements.
Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
Support and mentor new employees.
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Assist with customer support calls.
Monitor client performance and response to training.
Proven experience as a collision repair educator.
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
Must be energetic and team orientated.
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in collision repair education.
Proficient in MS Office software.
Ability to travel throughout North America as required.
Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
Organizational and time management abilities
Critical thinking and decision making
ASE Structural, Mechanical, and/or Non-Structural Certification
I-Car training and experience a plus.
Relevant experience as a technician in a Collision Repair shop.
